Heres the one that's in my head at the moment. This is the body I am visualizing acheiving on a daily basis.

"Doesn't matter how slow you go, just don't stop!" That's what I tell myself during a particularly hard run or during final reps.
Love it! and don't forget another similar one - "It doesn't matter how slow you are, you are still lapping everyone on the couch!"
I say to myself "today is another day, it doesn't matter what happened yesterday".
